Paris Heating and Cooling, Inc. originally started in 1985 by Andrew Paris in Rochester, New York. 31
years later, nothing has changed. We have been serving Monroe County and the surrounding areas in Western New York. Our motto is "always fair and always there". We specialize in residential, light commercial, and new home construction heating and cooling.

Early in the summer we were having trouble with our air conditioner. Our contractor, Peter Rees, suggested that we call Paris. We called and with an hour we had an expert come to the door, and within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and he fixed it for us. A couple of weeks later we had another air conditioning issue and one thing led to another so Rob had proposed a new system that would include a new furnace and air conditioning unit. They showed up when they said they would, worked professionally and quickly, and within a few hours we were up and running again with a terrific new system that we are confident will last for a long time. Before the day was done we had four technicians and Mr Paris himself working in the basement making sure everything was done right. Paris more than met our needs and we are looking for a long relationship. These guys know what GREAT customer service is and for us this is extremely important.
We have relied on Paris Heating & Cooling as our preferred HVAC contractor since 2008 and will continue to use and recommend them. We have had Paris install two high efficiency 2 stage furnaces in a prior home and in our current home. We are currently in the process of building another new home and because we have such confidence and great experience with Paris that we specified with the builder that all HVAC material and labor was to be completed by Paris. We have recommended Paris to immediate family and close friends for their whole house HVAC, gas fireplace and hot water replacements. They have been very pleased with the workmanship and performance of the recommended products installed. I was getting cranky because my house was down to 42 degrees on the coldest day of the year. Thanks to Paris Heating & Cooling and my bowl of M&M's. I was warm and happy in no time.

When Andy arrived with his crew they were professional and neat and did an excellent job. We were very pleased with the finished product... when the hot weather arrived our air conditioning was not working. we called Paris Heating & cooling and someone was at our door within 45 minutes, fixed the problem and all has been perfectly fine since. Can't say enough about Paris Heating & Cooling's pleasant manor. we would recommend them highly.

Very satisfied with Paris. I called about a noise and someone was on the job shortly. Jerry (service tech) called me and explained to me what he did- when i got home at night i checked for the noise and it was gone. I called him directly and thanked him for taking care of the problem. I could'nt go to Paris so I had Paris come to me! These guys are a must use for all your heating and Cooling needs. they installed a new furnace and AC today and the knowledge, communication, workmanship and above and beyond tasks were displayed. The work was outstanding and the clean up was better than when they arrived! Thanks to my co workers for the recommendation. I was impressed and satisfied. Great job guys!
When you need a complete whole house system there are a lot of choices you can make. My experience with Paris from consultation, contracting,installation and follow was excellent. The installation team did a fantatic job - everything was neat, squared off, plumbed correctly. Could not be happier with my choice. You cannot do better.
Over the course of the past two years we have worked with Paris Heating and Cooling to update our furnace and just recently install an air conditioning unit. Andy Paris and his team are skilled and knowledgable. To be honest they define professionalism. I am very pleased with their work and without hesitation recommend them to all of my friends and family.
Had my forced air heating and central A/C replaced by Paris in 2004. Andy came out and checked out the job. He was the ONLY one of several contractors that noticed an error in the initial installation at my home and commented that I had 2 cold rooms in the house (HE WAS RIGHT). He was able to include the fix to the cold rooms and work with me on things that I could do prior to the installation. The units have been trouble free ever since installation. Andy Paris and his team are GREAT!!! Forget the rest, go with the best Paris heating and cooling.
We received an introductory letter from Paris Heating on the same day that our previous company cancelled our service call without our knowledge. Our boiler was not working and we had no heat. Although it was almost 4:30 when I called, Jerry came right over. He had the whole system working within an hour. And, we did not need the part the other company said we did! Paris is now our heating company and we will have them for all of our maintenance and service needs. Thanks so much!
